                    Shipping Policies

Items are sent USPS and dependant on the weight will either be sent first class mail, First class mail parcel,  Priority flat rate envelope or Priority flat rate box.  If it works out cheaper I also use Priority Regional Rate boxes which works out less if you live in a zone closer to me.  Please note items mailed with an overseas customs label number, can be tracked up to the departure point from the USA.  Further tracking is not possible beyond this point of departure.  As I will have proof of mailing on these items, any orders lost, once they have left my hands,  I will not be held liable for. 

Please note there are risks sending orders to South American countries for example, Brazil and Chile.  I have had on two occasions orders just not show up nor returned to me.  If you wish to order from South America please contact me first so we can work out the safest way to ship your order.  I will not be responsible for orders that do not arrive. 

This happens on rare occasions.  I would recommend for larger orders,  to request shipment by either full Priority Mail (Not flat rate) Price varies according to weight or  Express Mail International as this covers an automatic insurance of $100.00 and additional insurance can be purchased. The cost of this service for a flat rate express envelope, which will hold up to 4 pounds in weight is $63.50 plus paypal fees.  If you wish to have your order sent this way, please email me your order so I can ensure the correct shipping is calculated and a paypal invoice created.   For larger orders within the USA, Priority mail will provide full track and trace and additional insurance can be purchased.  Please advise me if you wish to have added insurance.

If an order, without proof of mailing, is lost and later returned to me, I will resend at my expense, provided the address provided to me is correct.  If the address provided by PayPal is incorrect, then the customer is responsible for the cost to reship.

All orders will be processed with 48 hours.  I usually process immediately I receive an order and ship the same day if possible, if not then the next business day, if at a weekend or holiday it will ship the next business day.

 If an item is out of stock I do my best to mark that clearly on the item.  Sometimes the stock figures are incorrect, so if you are trying to order something that is showing out of stock please email me and I will advise if I do have the item/s in stock.   Should this not happen immediately you will receive an email advising you the item is out of stock and give you the opportunity to back order, cancel or receive a refund on your order.              Returns & Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order for any reason your payment will be refunded in full less any fees incurred by paypal or google checkout.  I do not charge a re-stocking fee.   

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not happy with the product and it is not what you expected, you can return it within 7 days and receive a full refund, less shipping and handling fees.  Your return must be in good condition and no items missing.  If you return part of the product an adjustment will be made for the amount not returned and a refund given for the portion returned in good condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
